Who We Are
My name is Jordan, and I am the founder of Sonoran Restaurant Solutions. My passion for restaurants began in 2013 when I entered the restaurant industry as an employee of the well known and loved Chipotle Mexican Grill. During my tenure, I gained invaluable experience in the fundamentals of operating a store and learned the critical role that each team member plays in creating a memorable experience for patrons.
As I continued to grow and develop within the company, I had the privilege of learning from a diverse group of leaders and mentors who imparted unique perspectives and insights. With the guidance and support of my then mentor and supervisor, my store and I achieved the coveted title of Restaurateur, a testament to the high standards of excellence that my store consistently delivered.
The journey to Restaurateur was not an easy one, and it required a steadfast commitment to metrics-based performance indicators such as guest satisfaction, food safety, budget management, food quality, and team development. Through this process, I learned firsthand what it takes to cultivate an environment that caters to the needs of both customers and staff, ultimately leading to a memorable dining experience.
